The Role

Are you passionate about inspiring young minds and nurturing children’s dreams? At Gillibrand Primary School, we believe every child has the potential to leave a legacy and make a difference in the world. We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic class teacher with a TLR to lead either KS1 or KS2 who will encourage our pupils to push boundaries, explore their passions, and embrace new opportunities with confidence and self-belief.

You will create a dynamic and engaging learning environment where children feel supported to be courageous, persevere through challenges, and achieve their full potential. With a commitment to fostering curiosity and creativity, you will help shape the future of our pupils, empowering them to believe in themselves and follow their dreams. If you are an inspiring and dedicated educator with a love for teaching and a drive to make a real impact, we would love to hear from you!

The TLR will be given for leading maths or English across school and for the key stage lead position. We are passionate about recruiting the right candidate for our school and therefore the key stage will determined based on experience of the appointed candidate.

This is a full time, permanent position with a start date of September 2025. Closing date 22nd April 2025. Interview date 1st May 2025.

Candidates are warmly invited and encouraged to visit the school. To arrange a visit, please contact the school office on 01257 274983.
